Success Stories

Residence in Gig Harbor, Pierce County

Peace of mind comes with boosting the performance of your existing septic.

Usually in just a few hours - As Easy as One...Two...Three!

SludgeHammer into tank....   Air hooked up...   No landscape damage!

Favini Residence, Island County

Just read the Favini's thank-you letter below - I couldn't have written a better endorsement myself.  Because they didn't have to cut down their marvelous cedar trees to install a new drain-field the SludgeHammer more than paid for itself.

Water Recycling at its best (New Mexico).  Will Washington follow suite?

The New Mexico SludgeHammer Dealer is dropping a SludgeHammer into the first compartment of a septic tank and a pump into the second compartment.  Then he installs a Subsurface Drip System and waters the shrubs and grass.  The water can be easily made clean enough to flush the toilets in your own home.  The only thing that prevents Washington's homeowners from enjoying the benefits of WW recycling (using this simple method), are the current State regulations.  Some Washington health jurisdiction will probably allow you to do this but change needs to occur at the State Department of Health level.  Contact your own County Commissioners and your state Representatives and ask them to allow SludgeHammer-Drip Systems in your County.

Doyle Residence near Union, WA

When I first visited the Doyle residence in late summer a considerable pool of sewage was pooled in the driveway to the left of the blue van.  The drain-field is in the foreground about where the shadow of the tree is in the yard.  Daimon Doyle - proud owner of a new SludgeHammer and a restored drain-field.  If I can believe my records this drain-field recovered in a little over a week.  Most drain-fields take longer but usually much less time than that needed for the standard repair system by conventional means.

Puget Sound Action Team Demonstration Project, Hwy 106 near Belfair, WA

Three homes are serviced by a single SH-86 SludgeHammer in a newly installed tank across the Highway from the three waterfront homes.  The disposal field is a Subsurface Drip System (Drip Irrigation) on the hillside about 200' elevation.  Very impressive.

Bill Russell Residence (our first residential installation, October 2004  in Union, WA)

Before - D-Box water level high and mucky looking.                         After - water is low and clear.

Goldfish picture (below) two weeks into the two-month test.  We had more Dissolved Oxygen in Bill Russell's septic tank (about 300% more!) than what is commonly reported in the Hood Canal fish-kill zones.

Now we can keep fish inside a septic tank; imagine what SludgeHammer does for the environment!

Is SludgeHammer FISH FRIENDLY or what?

Scientifically Tested with the NSF tank-loading protocol, SludgeHammer wipes out 98% of the fecal coliforms inside a single compartment tank without baffles! We expect better results with a standard 2-compartment tank. Imagine if we reduced the human fecal coliform burden in your local creek by 98%. By adding a simple UV-Light we eliminate coliform bacteria by 100%.

Waterfront Residence near Olympia, Thurston County

Waterfront homes are prone to difficult and expensive repairs.  Why take the chance of having a $30,000 repair?  That's right, repairs are hitting $30K!  In some instances homeowners face the prospect of purchasing additional nearby property or acquiring expensive easements.
